Placing an Order

By placing an order with us, you are accepting the terms and conditions below.

Orders

Whilst we try to keep all items in stock and available for immediate despatch, this may not always be possible.

In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock we will contact you within 24 hours and advise you of an anticipated delivery time.

Please make sure that the email address that you provide when making a purchase is correct. All order confirmations and correspondence are sent to this email address and we cannot be held responsible for any problems with your order that are due to your providing an incorrect email contact address.

If an item has been discontinued or we are unable to supply we will cancel that order and provide a refund if payment has been made. Please note, as with all Online Shopping, your completion of the checkout process does not explicitly guarantee we are able to supply the goods ordered and we reserve the right to cancel orders at any point up to the delivery.

Payment

All prices are in £ Sterling and are inclusive of any tax. You must confirm you are the authorised owner of the credit or debit card used to make your purchase. Title of goods passes to the customer when full payment is received by us and until such time we retain full legal title to the goods. Payments are made  through PayPal 

 

We reserve the right to refuse an order at our discretion including - the product ordered is out of stock, we are unable to authorise your payment, we have identified a pricing or product description error or you do not meet the criteria set out in these terms and conditions.

Delivery

With our Standard Delivery service we aim to dispatch goods held in stock within 2-3  days of receiving your order. If your delivery is delayed for any reason we will contact you to confirm a delivery date.

Larger items  require a signature upon delivery. If you know you will not be available to sign for your parcel, please make arrangements for someone to sign on your behalf and advise us of this at the time of placing your order. Our carrier will not leave parcels without a signature unless instructed by us directly. We will only do so if you have requested this but please note, items will then be left at your own risk and we cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

Our standard delivery is for delivery to a UK mainland address only provided by  the card holder when making their purchase. For deliveries outside of the UK mainland please contact us at:  jillparg@gmail for a quotation.

Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any delay to your delivery that is beyond our control.

 

Refunds and Return Policy

If you’re not satisfied with your order, you can return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt and we will provide you with a refund if you follow the steps outlined below:

Return the product in its original condition, including packaging within 14 days of receipt and we will contact you to confirm that we have received the product in good condition and will refund you the cost of the product excluding our original delivery costs as soon as possible following our agreement to do so. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods.

If you return an item to us which was not what you ordered due to an error on our part or is faulty we will also pay you the cost of standard return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first at:  jillparg@gmail.com  to give us details of your complaint and we will let you know how you should return the item.

Please include a written reason for your return of the contents and return it with your parcel. You must remember to include your proof of purchase with the return. Please return your order in its original condition (including packaging) to the address below within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the condition of the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Please note that due to the nature and use of  FABRIC FACE MASKS returns are only possible at our discretion - please contact us if you are not happy with your face masks providing full details of your complaint and we will respond within 2-3 days.

Cancellations

Once you have confirmed your order and payment with us, you have entered into a contract to purchase these goods from us.

You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods and receive a full refund (see Returns above). If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by email at:  jillparg@gmail.com with your reason for your return and follow the return instructions above.

Product Descriptions and Prices

We take great care to ensure the product descriptions on our web site are accurate and reproduction of colour is as accurate as the photographic and production process allows. Please note that all of our items are handmade and actual size, fabric colour and print colour may vary slightly from the images shown.

We make every attempt to ensure our prices are accurate. In the event of a pricing or description error we reserve the right to withdraw an item from sale, under the terms of the Sale of Goods Act.

We reserve the right to amend, modify or withdraw temporarily or permanently any price or product description without notice. You shall not hold us liable for any such actions.

All prices are quoted in £ Sterling and are inclusive of any tax.

Any contracts or agreements  shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. No statement on this online store site shall be deemed to affect the statutory rights of a consumer which cannot be excluded or restricted by law.

We do not warrant that materials/items for sale on the website are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom. It is prohibited to access the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful. If you access this website from locations outside the United Kingdom, you do so at your own risk and you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
